Recently Ive had the pleasure of being treated by Begonia Marti and Professor Shannon Patel. As anticipated they both achieve the excellent standard you expect from D&T. In particular Shannon’s pain management was nothing short of amazing and Begonia went that extra mile to accommodate me. They both did some very invasive work and I can honestly say I didn’t feel a thing.
I’ve had a dentist phobia since some bad treatment during childhood, D&T have cured this and I have no fear whatsoever. Every visit is stress free. Every member of the team is at the absolute top of their game.
Quite simply I won’t let anyone else near my teeth.

Dawood and Tanner is an absolutely incredible Dental Practice. In my experience, everyone is extremely skilled & professional but also warm and friendly which puts you at ease. I saw Chloe today for a Hygenist appointment, she gave me lots of tips on how to look after my implants & gums, what dental ‘tools’ to use (special brushes & floss etc.) to keep them in good shape. She made me feel very comfortable in my appointment and my mouth felt lovely and clean afterwards. I then saw Susan (Tanner) & Andrew (Dawood) for a check-up. I had a few questions which they kindly answered and in the process put my mind at rest. Amazing practice - I wouldn’t go anywhere else now! I whole-heartedly recommend 😊

I have escaped invasive dental work until this week when I had to have root canal treatment for a cracked back tooth and an extraction of another tooth which was too cracked to be saved. I was nervous but Shanon did a wonderful job on the root canal and Andrew stepped in to do the extraction late in the day. They were both sensitive to my anxiety, and did an excellent job. I cannot recommend the practice more highly.

I feel so lucky to have found Andrew Dawood and the lovely nurse Hannah. The team are amazing. Each and every one of them looked after me through a difficult procedure. A year on everything has settled and I feel grateful for the expertise and care that I received. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

I have been attending Dawood and Tanner for some 24 years! My mouth was in need of a lot of work, despite the fact that I regularly visited a dentist (evidently not a good one though). My root canals were failing and I had gum disease! At Dawood and Tanner I had many hygiene visits and deep cleaning from Fiona MacKillop and then she performed surgery on my gums. Eventually I was rid of gum disease. Then Andrew Dawood sorted out my root canals and my implant. The hygienist helped me with teeth whitening. I developed a gap between my front two teeth due to the previous gum disease allowing the teeth to twist and that needed to be addressed with orthodontics. I had braces fitted to both my top and bottom teeth to straighten them to prevent the damage getting worse. One and a half years later they were straight. Next issue: my jaw was slightly crooked causing my teeth to wear down at an angle. To address this problem Andrew Chandrapal bonded my teeth and Fiona adjusted my crowns to create an even biting surface. Jenny Huntley makes sure my hygiene is kept up to scratch; I see her every three months. Over the years I have seen the business grow, adding more staff and more services, but still staying warm and genuinely friendly. They have some of the best equipment anywhere and they work as a team. At one point 3 experts had a meeting about my teeth!
Yes it has stretched my finances over the years but I still have my teeth - I can eat well, they look really healthy and natural, and will continue to last me the next 24 years with help from the team at Dawood & Tanner.
