Master in ProsthodonticsMSc, Lic Odont (Spain)
I graduated in Dentistry as part of an International Program in Valencia, Spain. Having first spent time with Andrew Dawood and Susan Tanner as a student I was pleased to return to Dawood and Tanner in 2014, as a research assistant to Andrew Dawood. I have collaborated on several scientific papers, including well received papers on 3D technologies and on peri-implantitis which appeared in the British Dental Journal.
I have a particular interest in making teeth beautiful using adhesive bonded restorations. I currently devote most of my time to restoring teeth and dental implants. I have a particular passion for treating and preventing the progression of tooth wear addressing the multi factorial causes.
Always hoping to achieve an ideal and natural appearance, I completed a two years full-time Masters program in Prosthodontics at the University of Valencia. This has helped me to further develop my clinical skills, and to be thorough and pay attention to detail. I carried out research on dental ceramic materials. Furthermore, because I like to complement my clinical work with research and teaching activities, I also completed an MSc in Dental Research. I continue to teach at the Dawood and Tanner Academy.
I really enjoy meeting new people and attending study clubs. There is always so much to learn from others! I am very enthusiastic, organised and rigorous in what I do.
Outside Dentistry, I like travelling, arts and crafts, cooking and spending time with my big family and friends.
I am a member of the British Society of Prosthodontics, Spanish Society of Prosthodontics and Aesthetic Dentistry, and the Association of Dental Implantology.
