Tannaz Joorabchian

I joined the practice as the first Dental Therapist at Dawood & Tanner having qualified at The Royal London Hospital in 2004. During my training I was awarded the “Best Clinical Therapist” in my class by the company Oral B.

As a dental therapist at Dawood & Tanner my role includes general dental hygiene, a core treatment for both routine patients, more difficult cases involving implants as well as helping patients with extremely complex prostheses. I also carry out treatments for periodontal disease, active therapies working closely with our specialists in periodontics. As a dental therapist I can place fillings for both children and adults and I use the latest whitening techniques.

I enjoy building a relationship with all my patients and seeing them on a regular basis. The variety of patients that we treat in our practice with different challenges is stimulating and interesting, and I have a particular interest in longterm dental implant health.

I am also involved in lecturing for post graduate students on oral hygiene related topics, and for the practice conferences and workshops.

I run marathons in my spare time!
